Lancaster Cold Community

If you’re based in the Lancaster and Morecambe area what better way to start a Sunday morning than getting some cold in your life. The Lancaster cold group is a community that meets every Sunday morning at 7.30 at the Crook O’ Lune car park to engage in group breathing exercises followed by a cold dip in the River Lune.
